EXCHANGE POLICY

At RJ Trading LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing quality cookware and kitchen products along with reliable customer support for all exchange-related concerns.

UAE Orders Only

Currently, RJ Trading LLC ships and operates only within the UAE.

Exchange Eligibility

Products purchased from our store can be exchanged within 7 days from the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of use, damage, or mishandling by the customer.
  • A valid reason for exchange must be provided, such as:
    • Damaged item
    • Incorrect item received
    • Manufacturing defect

Proof of Purchase

Customers must provide:

  • Original invoice, or
  • Order confirmation email

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or sale promotions
  • Used or damaged items caused after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or invoice

Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved:

  • Our team will guide you through the exchange process.
  • Exchanges are typically processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, pickup arrangements may be provided by our team.
  • For other exchange requests, customers may be asked to send or drop off the item at the provided location.

To request an exchange, contact our support team with:

  • Order Number
  • Product images
  • Description of the issue

RETURN POLICY

RJ Trading LLC currently does not offer cash refunds or returns.

However, in approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may receive:

  • A replacement product, or
  • Store credit of equal value for future purchases

Store credits are valid only for purchases made through our official store.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their orders before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted.

RJ Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspicious or unauthorized transactions

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately with the following:

  • Clear images of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Failure to provide the required information may result in rejection of the exchange request.

  • Customers are advised to inspect their parcel upon delivery.
  • Please keep the original packaging and invoice until the order is fully checked.
  • RJ Trading LLC is not responsible for damages caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location within the UAE.
